Refunds and Replacements

Within 14 days of purchase, you are entitled to return the purchased products, for either product replacement or refund.

The product you want to return or replace must be undamaged. It must be returned in the original packaging with all components included. Otherwise, the complaint will be rejected or partially resolved.

Within 14 days of receiving the package, please notify us in writing that you are withdrawing from the contract (via romania@malinia.shop or post), and return the product to our warehouse address within 30 days: Strada Abrud 16, Temisoara, Timis, Romania.

In case of refund, fill: form

The sender pays the shipping charges. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.

In the event that we do not receive the cancellation of the contract in written or digital form within 14 days of shipment reception, product refund or replacement is no longer possible.

Within 8 working days of receiving your return shipment, the product will be replaced or you will get a refund.

Complaint

In the event that your product is defective, you are eligible for a warranty claim.
The warranty is not valid in case of:

  • physical damage
  • wear and tear due to product use
  • damages that occur due to incorrect, inadequate, and careless use of the product
